6 weeks travelling round New Zealand via Hong Kong has been wonderful but rather less so was the enforced absence from the Internet following a stupid decision to change ISP from BT to Sky.
Do not, whatever you do, use Sky for Broadband.
We decided to switch, it didn't work properly and we spent nearly a month before our holiday arguing with Sky who seemed completely and utterly useless. If The Sun has come out for the Conservatives, then the last thing I would advise anyone to do is vote Tory. The entire Murdocj organisation needs to be dismembered as its veneer of customer service is just that, a veneer.
Anyway, rant over...back to business.
